If your property meets the requirements, we issue a StayTrust certificate and provide you with an official mark for online and offline use, as well as a list of concrete steps for reaching the next level. You also receive a premium printed certificate you can display prominently in your property.

Not necessarily. In many cases a large part of the requirements can be covered with good management and attention to detail. If improvements are needed, we provide a clear priority list based on your budget.
For a well-prepared property, the process can be completed within a few days – depending on documentation, season and workload. The standard timeframe is 14 days.
The certificate is issued for a specific year, but that does not mean it automatically becomes invalid afterwards. It confirms that at the time of issue, the criteria were fully met.
